STEP 2: UPLOAD YOUR PDF POSTER
Deadline: March 8, 2023 (5:00 PM EST)

Early upload no later than March 8, 2023 (5:00 PM EST) is necessary to screen for technical issues and to ensure it is posted to the platform. Failure to comply with this deadline and required file submissions will jeopardize your file making it to the on-demand platform in time for the meeting.
- Enter your email address and password.
- First time? Click “Forgot your password?” to create a password.
- Use the email that received the communication to upload/the primary email in the CRF Faculty system.
- Select the talk you would like to upload for and upload the correct PPTX file.
- Check you’re the correct file appears in the correct presentation slot.
STEP 3: UPLOAD YOUR FILES
- Bring your printed poster (36” W x 48”H Portrait).
- Hang your poster at your designated poster day.
- Present and discuss your poster during that day’s break times.
