The Technology and Heart Failure Therapeutics meeting, THT 2023, focuses on technologies that will fill existing educational gaps. Sponsor a satellite program for the opportunity to present comprehensive insights on important, relevant heart failure topics and challenges facing today's cardiac specialists. Programming can be accredited for continuing medical education (CME accredited) or can be driven by industry (non-CME accredited). The satellite program schedule comprises breakfast, lunch, and evening programs.

Program and Logistical Management

The application fees for Satellites Programs at THT 2023 include the following:

  • Meeting space rental with standard room set-up that cannot be altered
  • Registration services
  • Audiovisual equipment
  • Use of the preregistration mailing list (no email addresses) to promote your program
  • Promotion of the symposium on the THT website, THT app, and e-blasts promoting all industry sponsored sessions

The following items are not included in the application fee: 

  • Food and beverage
  • Audiovisual labor
  • Faculty honoraria
  • Faculty travel
  • Meeting signage
  • Housing
  • Any additional costs/services not mentioned above

Satellite time slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Available dates and times are listed on each of the Satellite LOAs. Submissions will be accepted beginning Wednesday, October 26, at 1:00 PM EDT.  Requests submitted before that time will not be accepted.

Payment Policy: Payment in full is required before the Satellite Program LOA can be reviewed and approved. Following payment, an official confirmation letter with key logistical details will be issued.
