Training Pavilion

TCT® 2024 will feature Training Pavilions and dynamic, hands-on interactive learning workshops designed to equip clinicians and members of the heart team with high-quality, hands-on training and practical, interactive education.  Training workshops provide physicians with in-depth knowledge of device features, functionalities, and best practices, enabling them to deliver superior patient care and make informed treatment decisions.  Moreover, hosting training workshops at TCT® 2024 will strengthen the relationships between your company and the heart team, driving long-term loyalty and market growth.

Training Pavilion Application

Application Fee (for three back-to-back workshops): $80,000

The Training Pavilions at TCT® 2024 give industry the opportunity to conduct 60-minute training workshops in one of two Training Pavilions. These workshops will take place in-person from Monday, October 28 to Wednesday, October 30 and can accommodate up to 40 attendees.


Training workshops slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Available dates and times are listed on the LOA. Submissions will be accepted beginning Monday, April 15th, at 1:00 PM EST. Requests submitted before this time will not be considered.

Payment Policy: Payment in full is required before the Training Workshop LOA can be reviewed and approved. Following payment, an official confirmation letter with key logistical details will be issued.
